To ensure the freshness of our product, we buy from local and regional wholesalers several times a week. We buy only enough product to stock the store for one or two days at a time, so that all items are at the peak of freshness. We do our best to keep all of our customer's favorites in stock, but it is always possible that we run out of a particular product based on demand and market availability.
