Our extensive variety of fresh fish and shellfish is sourced and delivered daily, then cut and packaged with helpful cooking instructions and recipe advice, along with a wide selection of freshly prepared ready to eat items and restaurant quality wine and beer. We offer over 20 varieties of fresh fish, depending upon seasonal availability. Fish varieties which are available year-round, such as salmon, tuna, cod, swordfish, flounder, catfish and tilapia are supplemented with other seasonal favorites such as striped bass, halibut, grouper and snapper. Most of the fresh fish is sold in fillet form, but whole fish are also available.
We have 9 - 12 types of fresh fish available daily and we buy from local and regional wholesalers each evening. We buy only enough product to stock the store for one or two days so all items are at the peak of freshness to minimize waste. Shellfish varieties include fresh shrimp in various sizes, dry-pack sea scallops, fresh Virginia crabmeat, mussels, clams and oysters. Our prepared seafood items are all made in-house from scratch. Our shrimp & crab cheese balls are a Richmond staple. We also prepare crab stuffed flounder fillets, imperial crab, crab cakes, seafood chowders and bisques. Our seafood salads are customer favorites. Special order party platters are popular during the holidays. We also stock a full line of popular marinades, sauces, herbs and spices, along with fresh local produce and a nice selection of affordable restaurant quality wines and beers.
