'Bon Air's Favorite' Rockfish

INGREDIENTS

  • Rockfish Filet

  • Mayonaisse

  • Butter, Pat Size

  • Onions, thinly sliced

  • Potato, thinly sliced

  • Old Bay seasoning

PREPARATION

  • Spread fillet with a thin layer of mayonaisse

  • Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on mayo

  • Top with onions and potatoes

  • Place 2 to 3 pats of butter on top

  • Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes
