Baked Soft Shell Crabs


  • Soft Shell Crabs

  • Milk

  • Salt & Pepper


  • Clean and wash your soft shell crab(s), pat dry.

  • Soak in milk for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.

  • Place your soft shells belly down on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet

  • Add salt and pepper and one pat of butter.

  • Place cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. They will turn golden brown and crispy without the breading and oil.
