Baked Whole Rockfish

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 pound rockfish, cleaned

  • 2-4 white potatoes

  • 1-2 onions

  • Lemon juice, salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  • Place fish in baking dish. Slice potatoes and onion and place around fish. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, then with salt and pepper. Add water to cover potatoes and onions.

  • Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
