Broiled Bacon-Butter Salmon


  • Olive Oil

  • Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder

  • Dill Weed

  • Montreal Steak Seasoning

  • Seafood Seasoning

  • Bacon Bits


  • Coat skin of salmon with olive oil.

  • Sprinkle with garlic powder or garlic salt.

  • Turn over and sprinkle with garlic powder or spraywith garlic juice.

  • Lightly sprinkle with dill weed , montreal steak seasoning, and seafood seasoning.

  • Place two pats of butter on center of fillet and cover completely with bacon bits.

  • Broil skin side down for 4-6 minutes, check color in center. Should be a very light orange on edge and slightly darker in the center.
