Broiled Scallops

INGREDIENTS

  • Butter

  • Scallops

  • Soy Suace

PREPARATION

  • 1 pound scallops

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Melt butter and add soy sauce. Coat scallops with mixture and place on a flat pan that has been covered with foil. Season with other ingredients and broil until golden brown.
