Broiled Swordfish

INGREDIENTS

  • Swordfish Steaks

  • Ground Mustard

  • Dried Dill

  • Ground Red Pepper

  • Old Bay

  • Lemon Juice

PREPARATION


  1. Sprinkle swordfish steak with garlic, ground mustard, dill,seasoning salt and lightly with ground red pepper.

  2. Broil 9 to 10 minutes on next to top rack.

  3. Flip the steak after five minutes and spice with Old Bay and lemon juice.

  4. Check steak again after four minutes, it should be moist on the inside but not runny,
