Dill & Parmesan Monk FIsh

INGREDIENTS

  • Monk Fish

  • Lemon Juice

  • Garlic

  • Old Bay

  • Dried Dill

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Olive Oil

  • Tarragon

PREPARATION

  • Combine two parts butter with one part lemon juice

  • Add garlic, old bay and dry dill, melt together

  • Add parmesan cheese to create a thick paste

  • Place filet(s) in a baking dish coated with olive oil

  • Spread paste over filet, sprinkle a little tarragon on top and bake 350 for 18 -22 minutes
