INGREDIENTS
Monk Fish
Lemon Juice
Garlic
Old Bay
Dried Dill
Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Tarragon
PREPARATION
Combine two parts butter with one part lemon juice
Add garlic, old bay and dry dill, melt together
Add parmesan cheese to create a thick paste
Place filet(s) in a baking dish coated with olive oil
Spread paste over filet, sprinkle a little tarragon on top and bake 350 for 18 -22 minutes
