Golden Tile Fish

INGREDIENTS

  • (2) 7 - 9 oz filets of golden tilefish

  • 2 - 4 t of butter

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of italian bread crumbs

  • 4 slices of lemon

PREPARATION

  • Melt butter and add parmesan cheese,

  • Spread over fish filet

  • Sprinkle bread crumbs over filet

  • Squeeze one slice of lemon over each filet

  • Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes

  • Sprinkle parsley and paprika over filet

  • Add slice of lemon and serve
