INGREDIENTS
16-8 oz filet of grouper
Garlic juice
Dry dill weed
Old bay or any other seafood seasoning
Old Mansion cajun blackening seasoning
American cheese
Shredded Provolone & Romano cheeses
Paprika
Parsley
Olive oil
Hormel precooked black label bacon
PREPARATION
Coat baking pan lightly with olive oil
Lay grouper bottom side up
Spray with garlic juice
Sprinkle dry dill weed on grouper
Season with seafood seasoning
Cut grouper lengthwise down the center
Cover thicker side of grouper with American cheese
Add one slice of bacon lengthwise
Sprinkle heavily with cajun blackening seasoning
Place the thinner half of the grouper on top of the thicker half of grouper
Top with shredded provolone cheese
Sprinkle lightly with paprika, then parsley
Bake @ 375 for 17 minutes
