Horseradish-Crusted Rockfish

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Rockfish filets

  • 2 tablespoons horseradish

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 pinch white pepper

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs

  • 1 anchovy filet (optional)

  • 1/2 cup flour

PREPARATION


  1. Blend horseradish, minced garlic, white pepper, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs and anchovy in a food processor. 

  2. Dredge rockfish in flour then coat with horseradish mixture. 

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
