INGREDIENTS
4 Rockfish filets
2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch white pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 anchovy filet (optional)
1/2 cup flour
PREPARATION
Blend horseradish, minced garlic, white pepper, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs and anchovy in a food processor.
Dredge rockfish in flour then coat with horseradish mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
