Mustard-Caper Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • Capers

  • Whole Grain Mustard

  • Butter

  • Salmon Filets

PREPARATION

  • Combine equal amounts of butter and whole grain mustard.

  • Cover filet with mixture

  • Garnish with Capers

  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
