Parmesan Halibut

INGREDIENTS

  • Tomato

  • 2 Green Onions

  • 2 Teaspoons of Margarine

  • 2 Teaspoons of Parmesan Cheese 

  • 2 Teaspoons of Breadcrumbs

  • Lemon Juice

  • Halibut Filets

PREPARATION


  1. Chop 1 tomato and two green onions

  2. Add two teaspoons of margarine, two teaspoons of parmesan cheese and two teaspoons of brcadcrumbs. Mix together.

  3. Sprinkle filet with lemon juice. Coat filet with mixture.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
