Sautéed Scallops


  • Scallops

  • Paprika

  • Garlic

  • Blackened Seasoning

  • Dill Weed

  • Butter

  • Olive Oil


  • Wash and drain Scallops, drain on a paper towel.

  • Coat one side of scallops with paprika, garlic, blackened seasoning and dried dill weed.

  • Place coated side of scallops in preheated fry pan with 1 Tablespoon of butter and 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Coat other side with same mixture. Brown approx 5-6 minutes.

  • Turn scallops over with spatula and brown other side.
