Spicy Broiled Trout

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 trout filets

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 1 teaspoon mustard, not dry

  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes

  • Pinch of salt and rosemary

PREPARATION

  • Place trout filets in greased baking dish. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Pour half of sauce over the filets and broil 6-7 minutes. Add remainder of sauce and cook until fish
